Thank you to all who came and supported this event. It was a perfect afternoon for enjoying the beauty of the New Forest. All 3 of the different walks were used and there were even a few people cycling in support! The BBQ was our best yet. We've raised over £300 so far but you can still give donations if you want to. Two of our walkers have agreed to develop a new walk route for use next year so come and join us.
Medieval mayhem, a banquet/bbq and a barn dance were just a few of the highlights of this year’s Fanning the Flame summer camp as we explored the theme “Put on the full armour of God”.
Around 150 young people and adults enjoyed a week in which friendships were shared, faith was strengthened and challenged and God’s presence was clearly felt. We were delighted that Bishop Philip, the bishop of the Portsmouth Diocese, joined us for the day on Tuesday. Our 21st camp was very special and even the sun shone for most of the week. Don’t miss out - look out for booking forms for next year’s camp which will be available soon!

Our new mosaic was unveiled at the Fanning the Flame 21st birthday celebrations held on April 9th. Around 80 people gathered at St George College in Southampton for a day of celebration where we looked back at God’s blessings, what has been achieved and ahead to the future. The day was full of food, chat, laughter, cake, balloons, barn dancing, Mass, celebrating and more food. We look forward to another 21 years!
